Last Day!
Today is the year end party for both classes. It couldn’t come quick enough after these past few days of school. They’ve been so loud and rowdy! Acck! I spent the whole weekend working on a slide show for today, turning it into a DVD, and then printing out copies for my co-workers. It turned out really cute. Then I printed out pictures for each child that I had taken through the year, and then put them in frames we’d bought, and included a really nice poem.
After I finished all of that, I got a bee in my bonnet and started over with Sarah’s slide show! I must be SICK! I’m doing it all over in a completely different format, that will allow me to save this one in DVD format which I know that the close family members I was going to make copies for will appreciate much more than having a CD that has to be played on the computer.
Do you realize this wedding is LESS THAN 2 WEEKS AWAY!???
I know the parents will love the pictures, it was such a treat for me, when Missy’s teachers gave us a little look into what the kids do while at school. I was always appreciative of the time and $$ some of them spent on thoughtful things like that. Her 1st grade teacher made each child a Christmas ornament and I still have it, it hangs on my tree no matter what colors or theme the tree may be, it is that special.
Less than two week?? wow! time sure did go by fast, how exciting for all of you:o)
Only one more week until the big day, and I bet it’s going to be a hectic week with all the last minute details. Hope you find some time to relax.
