My hell! Today got off to a rough start, and it really didn’t get any better!!

First of all, I slept, maybe 3 hours last night, so this morning, I was groaning fairly loudly when the unfamiliar sound of my alarm clock rang! So, I stumbled out of bed, and looked out the window, only to discover that we were having yet another blizzard! In 2 short weeks, we will have had snow on the ground for 6 months STRAIGHT! If you think that doesn’t make a person pissy, you obviously live in LA, and have never had to deal with the “s word” ! *hint nudge* The roads were lousy, slippery, and it’s damn COLD out too!

My jeep got all washed and polished up this weekend, and now it’s a filthy mess with icicles hanging from the undercarriage.

Our morning was about 10 minutes underway, when out of the corner of my eye, I spot one of the ladies make a wild leap for the garbage can. I also shifted my gaze just in time to see G vomit for about 3 minutes straight, before taking a breath! I don’t know what his Mom fed him for breakfast, but EWWWW!

Most of the kids were “bratty” from having a week off from school, so that was awesome as well!

I haven’t blown my nose more than 2-3 times during the week that I was off. As soon as I walked back in the building, I had a kleenex constantly affixed to my nose. Hmmmph

I stopped and picked up a salad for myself for supper, and some other things for the guys, and there were black olives EWWWW EWWWWW in it! I fail to see what anyone likes about them! They have the most unpleasant and distinctive taste. I thought, this is a very mixed salad, so I’m sure I won’t taste them if I toss them way under there. WRONG! I’m like the Princess and the Olive! I can taste just the slightest piece of an olive, no matter how much other stuff, or how much dressing in on the salad! I picked the rest of them off to the side of the bowl. When I put the bowl down, the cats licked it clean (it’s plastic… so classy), and I can guarandamntee you that that scrawny cat will yak them up before the night’s over, and I will be cleaning up cat yak on top of it all! Grrrrrrr….
