It Pissadeared!
I had a whole big long post typed up last night, griping about parents who send their kids to school sick, to share with the rest of the class, and cop an attitude when asked about it. HELLO… your kid is not the only one here! I don’t care if childcare is an issue. The health of the other kids is a much bigger issue. You had kids, it’s up to you to figure it out. If your child barfs in the morning…….he’s likely going to barf again …. even if he “really wanted to come to school”. Who’s the adult? And for the record…….I’m not a fan of cleaning up the barf! Sheesh
My friend teaches 1st grade, and she is always sick because of her students, there is no way around it unless the parents do their part.
Unfortunately some parents use schools as a means of daycare, rather than a place for learning. Sorry you had to clean up after the little one….not a pleasant job!

I hate when parents expose my kids to their sick kids! Can I get the password too?
I can’t even begin to tell you how much I agree with you. My favorite is when parents send their kids drugged up with tylenol and/or cough syrup and then don’t answer any of their contact numbers when the meds wear off and the kids are running a temp again. UGH!!!
