Well Ben and Jess were here for lunch. They just left to take her to the airport. He’ll be a sad sack for a few days I would imagine! He has to go work at the radio station until midnight, so hopefully that will keep his mind off of it!
Jay and Sarah will be coming for supper in a couple of hours. They, on the other hand should be happy as can be with all the excitement they’ve got going on! I’ll be glad when they take their rotten little cat home! That little bastard has meowed off and on half the time since he came!! I was completely wide awake until this morning at 4:00 AM, when I finally took some OTC sleep aids. I’ll be taking them again tonight, because I start work in the morning, and I generally always sleep like poo on Sunday nights!
In other news, operation SVELTE starts tomorrow! I have 6 months from TODAY to get rid of some of this excess “baggage” I’m carrying around with me! Hubby plans to join me, so it will certainly be easier than all the years where I’ve been dieting and working out, and trying so hard, and he sits eating chips and drinking beer, not giving a rip! We lost weight together before, and it made it much easier!! Wish me luck! Lord knows I’ll NEED it!
