Let’s see… what have I been up to? Hmmmm carving pumpkins at school on Thursday, and LMAO at the faces the little kids were making while pulling out the pumpkin guts! Friday was a busy, but quiet day at work, with no kids, but lots of work to get finished. We went for a “Poetry Reading” after work (Happy Hour) and had a couple drinks and some laughs, and then came home. Even though I only had 2 beer over 2.5 hours, I still drove home with my sunglasses on (minus one lense) and didn’t notice it until I got home in the garage, and then I couldn’t stop laughing. Hubby and I continued Happy Hour at home while watching the Oilers finally win a game!! Whoo Hooo! Saturday I was very lazy. I listened to the Oilers game on the radio Saturday night, and they WON again! (winning is SO much better than losing).

Tomorrow is Halloween parties at school, which of course, I get to do 2 times, once in the morning, and once in the afternoon. I don’t do costumes, I dress as the apathetic assistant. I wear my pumpkin PJ pants and a Halloweenie t-shirt that I got at Old Navy several years ago, and that’s that! I actually got a new pair of pants for this year. they are orange, and have creepy eyeballs all over them. On Thursday, the kindergarten kids had their Halloween parade, and E was terrified!! He cried for 20 minutes, so that gives you a glimpse into my future for tomorrow!

Jay and Sarah are coming for dinner tonight, and I plan to watch Grey’s Anatomy and Desparate Housewives, even though it’s starting to get on my nerves.
