I spent 7 hours painting today. I did the whole stairwell. I also started painting the doors down there, and the cupboards in my main floor laundry room. It looks so nice and clean and fresh! Those walls in the stairwell were so beat up from hauling Ben’s hockey equipment up and down among other things (and Ben hasn’t played hockey for 3 years!). I painted the whole stairwell, baseboards, doors, and ceiling Sugar Cane. Tomorrow I will paint the second coat on the doors, door jams, and cupboards. I also plan to prime and paint the coffee table. In spite of all these things, I still need to do laundry etc.

I’m beat, so I’mgoing to settle in watching a movie now.
