1. Soup or salad? Soup in winter, salad in summer
2. Hot or cold sandwiches? cold
3. White or whole wheat bread (or rye, etc)? whole wheat or multi grain
4. Pack a lunch for work/school, or buy it? pack nearly every day
5. If you eat out…fast-food chain, or mom & pop type place? fast food once a month on fat lunch day
6. Tuna or chicken salad? chicken salad
7. Cheese: Swiss or cheddar (or American, etc)? Light Cheddar
8. Mustard or mayo? Ultra Light Mayo
9. Sandwiches: wrap/pita pocket, or regular bread/roll? whole wheat wrap
10. Sweet stuff: cookie/cake or fresh fruit? fresh fruit usually, unless I’m really misbehaving then it would be cake
