17 days of work left!

We enjoyed a couple of days of rain here, so things look so much greener, and cleaner, as it’s really the first decent rain we’ve had so far. Of course, this being Canada, it had to be accompanied by some snow. Today is sunny and bright, and not much sign yet of the huge winds we’ve been having. It is supposed to be a nice, hot weekend, so hopefully I can get outside and cleanup some of the mess in the yard left by the storm!

18 days of work left!

Well now that I’ve cruised through my reads, I’m totally depressed! Seems a lot of people are having big-time problems! These things seem to run in such cycles! Everyone’s up….. or everyone’s down!

We are getting some much needed rain, although it’s very cold and windy along with it, so trees and baby flowers are taking a real beating! In fact, just an hour from here, there is snow lying on the ground. I’m hoping it doesn’t make it here!

| Bluetterfly blog has another wonderful look this morning!! I must also thank Roo for alerting me to a graphics thief that was skulking about. I also have to say that the continual improvement in your graphics skills is just amazing!!!

I do believe, in doing a very quick count that I have 19 days left to work!!! and then I’m off for the summer! WHOO HOO! Before you all get too jealous, you need to know that I don’t get paid for the summer either. So I forewarn you that I get even more obnoxious than usual during June as I rub in the fact that I will soon be a stay at home Mom again for 2 months, and since my 2 teens rarely stay at home, that means days of quiet, leisurely house, yard and computer duties! Ahhhhhh

Well I must say, when there’s a long weekend in the States, it’s certainly very boring for us Canucks in the land of weblogs on the Monday morning! S I guess I’ll wander off to work.

Today was another very productive day for me. I got the whole house cleaned from top to bottom, the laundry well under way, and a workout in all before we went to the MIL’s for dinner!

Kimbley has a wonderful new look happening. Sorry I can’t help with the CSS… I’m challenged in that area as well.

Nothing much happening here today. I’m tired from all the yardwork, fresh air and sun I’ve gotten this weekend. Today will be my typical… OMG it’s back to work tomorrow thing… groceries, laundry, cleaning. (I’ve only had 3 days… why not leave it until the last one??). Then we’re going to the MIL’s for dinner tonight.
